Gabrielle Reilly: We are dedicated to helping people excel around the world by getting tips from some of the most successful people in the world. What has helped you excel in life?
Mircea Monroe: The general belief that there is enough and you can have and be what you want.
Gabrielle Reilly: How did you get your start in Hollywood? How did you get an agent?
Mircea Monroe: I actually got a lawyer first, very randomly even though I had no money and wasn’t working as an actress yet... and he hooked me up with my manager who introduced me to my agent.
Gabrielle Reilly: What is the hardest part of your career?
Mircea Monroe: For me, it’s the chaos of it. The constant unknown.
Gabrielle Reilly: Everyone in the public eye gets criticized. How do you personally handle that side of fame?
Mircea Monroe: By continuing to enforce my own belief in who I am. If you are sure of the ultimate “I am” on a much bigger scale, then everything else falls away.
Gabrielle Reilly: How do you handle the word “no” or the rejection that comes with both the entertainment industry and life?
Mircea Monroe: Take a deep breath, feel it, and allow it to move through you. It’s amazing how resilient we are.
Gabrielle Reilly: What tips can you give on being filmed?
Mircea Monroe: Be present.
Gabrielle Reilly: What do you do to stay in such great shape?
Mircea Monroe: I love being active and eating yummy fresh foods.
Gabrielle Reilly: What does your diet look like?
Mircea Monroe: I love food straight from the earth.
Gabrielle Reilly: How about your skin care? What do you do daily, as a weekly routine or a monthly routine?
Mircea Monroe: I love Dr. Bronners soap. I use that on my face and it’s never let me down. Cheap, great for sensitive skin and a wonderful company.
Gabrielle Reilly: Do you have a system for organizing how you spend your time each week or does it depend on your current work?
Mircea Monroe: Every single second is different.
Gabrielle Reilly: What are your aspirations for the future?
Mircea Monroe: My future will be just like today. Fully present and grateful. I want to continue to grow in all ways.
Gabrielle Reilly: I saw you grew up in the Salomon Islands and Fiji and used to chuck coconuts. I grew up in Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Thailand (I was born in Australia) and my favorite thing to drink was coconuts. I ran barefoot with the native kids growing up and just loved it. What was the experience like for you?
Mircea Monroe: That’s amazing! Mine was the same. What an incredible life we’ve had!!
