After starting at The Global Townhall a decade ago as an intern, Brandon Wheat now serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and leads the charge in transforming ideas into groundbreaking technological solutions.  As CTO of The Global Townhall, Brandon orchestrates cutting-edge solutions, guiding a skilled team to redefine digital engagement. His innovation extends from his roles such as Software Developer at TradeBot Systems, where he significantly contributed to developing a High-Frequency Trading Simulator.

Brandon's expertise includes roles at Global Messaging Solutions, automating billing processes, and Cyber Sciences Corporation, delving into vulnerability analysis and penetration testing, laying the foundation for cybersecurity proficiency.  He also interned as a website administration, highlighted during his tenure with the Navy League Kansas City. Here, he not only optimized websites but also ensured SEO best practices and 

Brandon specialises in machine learning and data analysis, mastery of programming languages including: Python, JavaScript, C++, SQL, and has versatility in frameworks & tools: Svelte, Pandas, NumPy, Selenium, OpenCV, Django Channels, Socketio, Airflow.

Brandon's creative prowess shines through projects like a real-time pool ball tracking system using Python and OpenCV, diverse Data Science & Machine Learning endeavors, and the development of an Autonomous RC Car using Raspberry Pi 3 and HiFive1 board.

Brandon is both an American and an Australian citizen and has travelled to over 30 countries providing him with outside-the-box thinking.  He has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Kansas.
